Question MDS- Pushing an Intranet Browser

We are pushing an intranet browser via MDS to various devices on various carriers. Most of the time it does not come down on the first try, and often it can take an hour of trying potential solutions to get it working. No single step fixes this.

Anyone have trouble pushing MDS apps?
