Default File transfer between BB and PC

Hi all...

Got a question from a customer of mine.

Is it possible to transfer (by cable or else) an attachment (Word document a.s.o.) to a computer without having any internet connection nor mail client installed on it??

I installed the built in software but cannot manage to transfer only an attachment by the USB cable.

Thanks for help

This is not possible under the conditions you state, and not even with an Internet Connection. With only its native apps, you can not perform any file transfer other than receiving files as attachments on the Blackberry, and forwarding those emails and their attachments. This is for security reasons.

You'd need to use a third party app such as eOffice.

Don't really know if this will help but search the Sponsors Forum for eFile.

Hope this helps.
