Poor Service Support by SingTel

The LCD screen on my BB7290 leaked after just two months of use. The phone was not dropped or abused in any way.
SingTel (the service provider) has just informed me that the phone has to be sent back to Canada to replace the LCD screen and that this will take TWO months !!!!
I find this ridiculous as the general consensus on the BB forums appears to be that the LCD screen is easily replaced.

Tell them to send you a screen and a T6 screwdriver.
