Default Would anyone be willing to help me?

Hello, how is everyone doing?

My name is Amanda and I'm researching blackberries and other such devices for my company. We're having a hard time deciding which to choose--we love the spin wheel, but we love the touch screen.

Anyway, I am compiling a list of all features, and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm pretty new to this world of smart phones, so I'm not sure what they have to offer. I have a list started, but I cannot post a link because I'm new and have less than 10 posts.

If anyone is willing, you can contact me via messenger or e-mail. I'm not sure if I've properly given access through this forum, but my address is adoherty(@)sjcme.edu (minus the parenthesis, of course)

Anything is appreciated!!
-Amanda

I would start with this thread:

BIG FAQ! Software, Upgrade, Ringtones, Themes, Internet, IM, Modem, Tips+Tricks, Etc

It should contain everything you're looking for.

Aside from device features like trackwheel, touchscreen and which OS (operating system) the chosen device runs like windows mobile, blackberry, etc... You have to ask what is the most the important? If e-mail is a company wide issue that is of first priority, then the masses will agree that blackberry is the BEST. I have had many smartphones as have many on this forum but we all stick to what works and usually that is a blackberry. Wether you use hosted e-mail, outlook exchange or mailstreet, etc.. or use the blackberry internet server for pop3 e-mail accounts, blackberry does this the best. On the other hand if your needs are primarily phone based with e-mail being secondary, then you may want to do some hands on testing because there are a host of options. If you search this forum you will find few complaints about e-mail but a few more about phone usability. If anything doesn't make sense let me know, be glad to help...

Default Web stuff..

Does anyone know where I can find a list of web specifics? I have a big list of attachment specifics, but there has to be some limitations to the web.

Are there any files that cannot be downloaded via the web? Are there any sites that do not work? How is Flash? Java? Etc?

Thanks
