I am using an 8700 on my companies Lotus Notes email platform. When I recieve an email, I am unable to forward. I have the optioni to forward, which formats the email and brings me to the TO: cursur, rather than my address listings.

The same thing happens if I try to create a new message: I select Compose Email, then I am directed to the TO: prompt. The only way I can send is to first go to my address book, copy an address and paste on the TO: line.

Others in my company use the 7920's with no trouble, so I assume the issue is with my handheld.

Sounds like everything is working perfectly to me. What happens if you simply start typing at the 'To' field? It should suggest names from your address book. The 8700's come with 4.1.x code instead of 4.0.x code that you'd typically find on a 7290 (although 4.1.x does exist for 7290's). This way of composing an email started w/ this new code, and I feel this is a better way to do it.

yeah, I've noticed it takes some users a bit of time to get used to the 8700 in terms of email functionality compared to the 72xx series.
