I am having an issue with my BB 7250 not receiving meeting notices / calendar events via email. I receive them on my desktop but not on my BB.

Any ideas of waht to check to fix this. I have looked at my rules/filters and the only one that I have is not to send READ: messages to my BB. I have at this filter active for over 4 months and not receiving meeting notices just started last week.

Any help / pointers appreciated.

What version of BES are you running?

If you are not running BES 4.0 or higher, check in your Intellisync PIM settings to see that BlackBerry Wireless Sync is set for the Calendar.

Where do you find the "Intellisync PIM settings"?

In Desktop Manager.

However, if you are running BES 4.0 then wireless sync should be set up.
On the BB, go into Calendar / Options and see if Wireless Synchronization is set to yes.

Still not having any luck in figuring out why I am not receiving Meetig notices on my BB.

All other BB users at our company do not have this problem. (At least we have not identified any at this time.)

I am receiving all other emails.

Performed a clean wipe of my BB, removed all third party software, removed and re-added to BB server, re-activated on the BB server and still nothing.

Any other ideas?

you haven't mentioned if you've checked your desktop manager software for the intellisync/configure PIM. In there you should see 4 options. 2nd checkbox is for calendar and it should say "blackberry wireless sync" if it doesn't, go into options and change it and then resync your blackberry.

If problem persists, call your local IT.

I checked the Desktop manager as indicated by earth. Calendar is set for wireless sync.

I have also contacted my IT department and they said they would investigate. We have done a couple of test with other BB users on our server and they too are not receiving meeting notices that are emailed our by fellow employees.

Any other ideas on how to fix this issue?

Sent the referenced file to my IT department and all is well after they performed the updates and fixes.

I'm having a similar problem with my 7100r. I can sync my calendar alerts to my BB, but I am not always notified about it. It didn't happen very often when I firt started using my BB last fall, but it has happened almost every time as of late. It seems that the alerts that I *DO* get are from events that I entered onto BB first, while I do not get alerts from events I entered and synced with Outlook.

Any idea what's going on? Thanks.
