In the last few days, Auto-More on long emails has been pathetic. Even manually clicking for "More" and "More all" involves lengthy delays (many many minutes). It's very frustrating and I never had this problem before. I assume that it is a Rogers network issue. Any one else having problems?

i'm almost positive its not a rogers issue.... i'm willing to bet it's related to all the BIS problems in the past month.. and more noticably in the past week. are you BIS or BES?

Recent convert to BIS 2.0. I don't believe that I had these problems when I first converted but it may be BIS-related.

yeah.. the <more available> things just started creeping up in the past couple weeks for me... BIS 2.0 as well.

Its confirmed from RIM that its BIS 2.0 related. Just got off the phone with them. Also, service books sent from the BIS 2.0 are also delayed.

i had my call on monday escalated to a supervisor. she said that they have an upgrade slated in approximately 2 weeks for BIS 2.1, she said that with that upgrade they hope to eliminate these sort of problems (including delays).

who knows.. it may happen, it may not. just wanted to pass along what i was told. i asked her if this upgrade had to be approved by the carrier(s) before those customers would see the upgrade and she said no.. she said the carrier only has to be consulted if it is a full version change (ie v1.8 to v2).

Appreciate all the feedback. Looks like all I can do is hurry up and wait for the upgrade.

Hmmm. The issue must not be affecting all carriers, as my Bell Mobility 7250 is fine--no issues with MORE. But I have noticed the issue on my EDGE BB....
