Im having trouble Synching with outlook on my 7290. I keep getting the error Cannot Move to Default Folder. And then nothing will transfer to my BB. What causes this. Does anyone know a fix. Please Help!

I'm assuming by the error "Cannot Move to Default Folder" that it's the email.

Can you confirm that by not reconciling emails, syncronization works?

Have any suspect emails?

I don't know why, but sometimes special characters, or blank fields, that do not cause a problem in your mail client or bberry on their own cause problems when trying to resolve the 2 together.

Well its actually the calendar/contacts. It comes up with Changes being made to OUtlook Screen. Asks me if i want to add or cancel the additions to outlook. I click ok and then it comes up with that error. Also if i click on cancel the error still arises. There is an option of Re-Syncing but when i do this nothing happens and the same Changes being made to OUtlook screen pops up. Ive looked at all my desktop configurations to make sure its ok. The funny thing is that it was working fine up until about last friday. Then it just started doing this. The item its trying to add to outlook is a bogus item as well. Do i need to update to 4.1 or is it ok where im at which if im not mistaken is 4.0.2. Thanks for any help you can give

sounds to me like it's definately a trouble entry either in the calendar or the contacts.

look for special characters / \ ? ' " etc and delete them.
also look for blank fields such as no first name, last name and fix them.

then it should work.

So i found the entry that was blocking the calendar. I deleted It. However its saying i still have 43 conflicts in contacts. I should just get rid of these items correct?

I am going to delete all the entries it is saying is a conflict then i will repport on if it works

SO IT DIDNT WORK!!!!
It solved the error from coming up. However, now everytime i try to sync it comes up with a setting up intellisync user. Then after that occurs the information doesnt cross over to the BB. Someone please Help!
