How do i get my emails in folders to follow on my BB.
The news emails do follow however the old emails do not.
Please help.

If you are looking to sync folders/email using the desktop manager, it is not supported. Do you use BIS or BES?

You're filing emails in your bberry. new emails get filed, but old ones do not?

Please read the FAQ's and manuals. Blackberries do not sync email. They are push email devices. During an Enterprise Activation you can get old email (number of days depends on how your BES admin has things configured) but that's itas far as getting historical email to your device.

Emails in outlook are in folders. When i place a new email in a folder, it follows on the bb. However the old existing emails do not follow.
