Hi all, I have a qick question. I have a 7290 running 4.0 software and am interested in upgrading to 4.1. My phone was configured by the IT guys to automatically sync up with our work email via outlook. If I do the upgrade myself, will it automatically save those settings and be able to automatically receive my email, or do I have to change settings? Thanks for any help

If you are on a BES server then it should just pickup automatically once you've completed the upgrade. I haven't worked w/ the desktop redirector, but I'd assume it would also do the same.

I think that I got it successfully installled, now when I try to open Pocketday, it hangs up on the the phone and will not open. I have to pop the battery out to reset it. Any thoughts?

remove pocketday and reinstall. Make sure you have the latest version.
