My SMS messages are some how getting deleted as soon as they arrive or they are never making it to me. I see the little envelope at the top and then my BB freezes up for a few seconds then the message goes away and it's like it never arrived. Can someone please help.
As far as i can remember I haven't done anything to change my settings. I haven't installed any new programs.
I have a 7290 with Cingular.

Check your rules and filters. In messages, click on options and email filters. Just the other day, I had a user who has a similar problem with emails.

Have you checked your memory status? I've seen this when memory is full
