As its now possible to use yahoo messenger to talk to msn live contacts and vice versa does this also work with yahoo messenger on Bb?

Also any chance of getting yahoo phone out working on Bb?

To get this to work on a PC, you must be running Yahoo Messenger Beta 8 and/or Windows Messenger Live Beta 8. It's the clients themselves that have the network communications protocols programmed in. They have not opened up their networks to each other.

A new IM client would be needed on the BlackBerry.

Of course, if you're already using a multi network IM client like IM+ or the Google Talk hack, it makes no difference at all!

Im just after a free IM that works with msn, is more reliable than th jabber networks msn interconnectivity and nicer than th e-messenger thingy.

And yahoo phone out as its cheeper for me than skype, and as far as i can tell google dont have any out service yet.
