Default EA & hourglass

Please Login to Remove!

So, I'm trying to Enterprise Activate OTA and it apparently isn't working. I have 3 devices that pretty much are doing the same thing. I've sent everything up on the BES and when it gets to 87% it apparently stops and I get an hourglass. After about 30 minutes of it sitting there, I did a hard reset. I then did a wipe handheld and tried again. Any clue as to why this could be happening? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

(I've done a search and haven't found anything pertaining to Enterprise Activations and Hourglasses.. If there is one, I apologize ahead for wasting time.)

don't know, but during the EA after upgrading from 3.6 to 4.0 it took about 3 hours to complete. upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 took about 15-20 mins. maybe give it a little more time?

I think I've figured it out. After starting the EA again, I've noticed that both end users have over 1500 calendar entries on their devices. That makes a difference. I'm sure that is what is causing the slow activations.. My other activations never take this long and none of those have this many calendar entries.

Mine took forever as well...I actually took the battery out and when I put it back in, it didn't give me the option to activate it again. So I left it. So I figure it is not fully working. At some point I am going to do it all over again.
