Default HTML Code In Web Pages

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7250, Verizon.

When I pull up a web page (just some, not all) there is a lot of what looks like html code at the top of the page. It takes forever to pull all of this up and I have to scroll to bottom of page to get past it.

HELP!!!

Mike

This is just a shot in the dark, but go into the browser options, change the emulation mode to something else and see if that resolves it. Play around with the checkboxes there as well. After a while, you'll find the best combination of options to work with the pages that you visit.

Anybody else?

I, like slice38, have a BB 7250 with VZW.

The same thing is happening to me. Actually I posted a thread about this sometime ago, but no one ever responded.

I have fooled around with all of the settings, and the same thing happens no matter what I do.

Next blind stab at it: I sometimes get better results with mobile-unfriendly pages by using this handy google site that I found on these forums.

A Handy Google Site

Someone more clever than I said that this site reformats web pages for viewing on mobile devices. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's not.

I'm afraid I don't know the actual name of this web page.

In emails, isn't HTML not enabled on a Blackberry. So maybe it's the same for some security purposes on the internet.
