I've got a user who doesn't want to have wireless calendar sync, yet however many times I try to turn the setting to No it always resets itself to Yes.

I have tried enforcing an IT Policy saying disable wireless sync (I'm on BES 4) but still no joy.

I am tearing my hair out, and it's hard to explain to a customer that it's a bug in the software rather then him think I'm a tool..

Has anyone got any ideas/help they could offer?

YOU can't turn it off. It's a device-side setting.

I guess I didn't explain myself properly. The user has been switching the setting to No, and the handheld for no reason whatsoever, although possibly every time it is connected to desktop manager, switches back to Yes.

In desktop manager under inteli-sync there is a checkbox or radio button to turn this off.

Investigate the very top of the intelisync window and also the second button down on the bottom half.
