Angry Yahoo Not Working Today? Blackberry or DeskTop. Anyone Else Have This Problem?

Hey everyone,
Im in NYC and today my yahoo messenger on my BB and desktop will not connect. Also I tried to set up a new Yahoo email on BIS 2.0 for nextel and that would not work either. The funny thing is I got a hotmail account to work which has never worked in the past. Nextel/Sprint are to much it seams every day its something else with them. I don't know of any other carriar that has this many problems and such.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I tried on two desktop PCs in two different Yahoo Messenger accounts. I contacted someone on my list and they can't get on either. I don't think Yahoo posts a system status anywhere.

Well that explains why I didn't get my Yahoo baseball alerts. Not that it mattered; I was watching the game and the Yankees won...

I notice a lag every time I try to access yahoo, but since I have my own DNS server on my laptop, I eventually reach the site without a problem. However, yahoo isn't answering on my phone's browser.

Yahoo seems to be having some type of outage. I can access my mail but I haven't gotten anything which is unusual. My 360 page seems to be running great though. I think they really suck for not posting some information in their home page regarding what is going on.

yea i cant log on my yahoo or myspace or my blackberry pin its do to black outs all over and hitting servers hey almiah u have a pin

Hmm, just tried it again, if you go to wap.yahoo.com, it takes you to a yahoo page with every country listed. The Y! USA site returns an error, but the uk/ireland site works fine, albiet a little slow. Ditto for Y! Canada.

well its 12:50am in NYC right now and i can go to yahoo.com and look around but no email yet .i tried signing in from 3 computers on both cable and regular dial-up plus my blackberry 7290 and 8700c with no luck .... must be an outage with the mail service or something .. ?

Default No problem in SoCal
Desktop a little slow, especially when switching between home/my yahoo screens. BB7290 working fine on TMO with YIM and mail.
