Default Installing/running desktop manager for two users on same computer

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to figure out how I can sync up my BB and my wife's on the same computer. I am running WinXP and we have two user profiles set up (one for each of us). I've been syncing my data when I login into my profile and have no problems. When I try to run the desktop manager when logged into my wife profile it won't run. I get a quick flash of the desktop manager screen but can't read it quick enough before it vanishes. At first I thought, I had another instance running on under my profile so that was causing it not to run -- but I was not running it on my side nor was it runnning in the background.

Suggestions? Anyone try to do this before?

Some say that it may work if every time you sync your BB, you have to use the Desktop Manager to restore your backup file. When you sync your Wife's BB, then you have to do the same with her's. I'm not sure that would even work, but it appears that the BB...and most especially the Desktop not set up to recognize two different BB's. Perhaps that is something we should be asking RIM to include in the next update to the Desktop Manager, because surely there are many more husband/wife teams who both use a BlackBerry.

There is no need to do two posts on the same topic. The other was fine and placed correctly in the RIM Software section.
