Default Infotriever items not synching to the blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Everybody,

We have few users who are using an application called Infotriever. When a travel agency sends the flight schedule to the users, they have the option to put that schedule to their Outlook Calendar. The problem is that these schedules/items that the travel agency send, they don't synch to the blackberry.

I wiped the blackberry and did both wireless and manual activation but none worked.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I would appreciate any input/suggestion/direction at these moment.

We use the same system with our travel group. However, difference is that we use Lotus Notes R6 and R7. Essentially, you just click on the link to install Infotriever the first time, and it should automatically setup properly to populate your Outlook or Notes in our case. Then you use your usual OTA or Intellisync to syncronize. We have noted that it worked flawlessly with R5, but have yet to see it work with R6 or R7. The guys who support/write Infotrieve just don't respond to emails or tech help at all.

Good luck.

tolwyn-

I appreciate the input.

Unfortunately, we are using Microsoft Exchange. One thing I don't get though that some of these companies/organizations that create product, ignore you when there's problem with their creation.

Anyway, good luck to you too.
