Default Verizon BB/data coverage in Santa Clara, CA

Please Login to Remove!

So I am looking at a couple things and want a little more info and hopefully others can give voice their opinion. So I am in Santa Clara, CA and I would like to know how the Verizon coverage is regarding data and emailing/BB functionality. I currently have a tmobile BB and i will say that the BB coverage is not bad. It gives me a "Searching for network" message once in a while but I can live with it. I am curious to know how much better or worst Verizon's BB connection is around this area compared to Tmobiles? Verizon's voice connectivity is WAY better then tmobile and I am assuming that the voice and data portion probably work hand in hand using the same towers? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I currently have Verizon data plan and I'm based out of Fremont. I have no complaints whatsoever with the coverage. I am in the San Jose/ San Francisco area quite often and I cant remember the last time I ran into a "searching for network" message. When compared with the data plan with other carriers, sure Verizon is priced higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. Hope this helps!

I stumble around the Peninsula from Sonoma to San Jose and am happy with the EVDO coverage on my 7250
