Default Can recieve email and reply, but can't send.

I just reactivated my 7750. (Eight months ago, it worked great.) I can recieve and reply to email messages, but can't send a new message. I've resent the service books via the Verizon site. I have also downloaded 4.0 software, since tech support told me that an upgraded platform was necessary for complete functionality with their new email web client. All in all, I've spent several hours on various "tiers" of tech support and still have the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Default problem fixed

The old "Web Client" information was in the Service Book, which was not compatable with their upgraded server software. We removed it and it's working correctly now.
