For the record, after 75 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile and BB last night and another hour and a half on the phone this morning, I'm back up and running.
They "suspect" that someone reported the PIN of a stolen BB and it was very close to mine and that a typo caused it to "suspend" my service. Who knows...
It's a good thing I love my 'berry because between 2+ weeks of
very delayed emails when I first signed up and 2 days of inconvenience calling and holding, if it were any other device it would be on eBay by now...
