Anyone have any idea as to if and when Verizon plans to bring their pricing down to the real world?

You would think they would have great customer service with all the extra money they're collecting. I guess they spend a lot on the 'Can you hear me now?" guy and all the people that make up their network on the commercials.

LOL...yeah...I always get loshanda answering the phone and she never has a clue...or is it latecia?
