Default Problem with intellisync and BB

Please Login to Remove!

Hi -
I've used Intellisync to sync to my Outlook on my computer for some time - no problem. Now, I am with a company that has BES and am hooked up. Synching with the BES is working great wirelessly. I want to also sync to my personal Outlook on my home computer. But, when I try to sync I get the error message "Internal error (see logs)"

There are no logs that I've found, and I've spent quite a bit of time on the phone with BB and Verizon, so far to no avail.

Any help?

Thanks

Either/Or.
I don't believe you can sync wireless to a BES and sync via USB.

You can do both in a limited way. I have wireless sync turned off on everything but messages, because I hate the using Groupwise client for contacts and calendar, so I sync those two with Outlook at home.

So, if I turn off wireless sync to the BES, then there's no way to sync that at all, correct? I thought both could occur simultaneously.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but I guess you could do both, but one method would just end up combining with or completely overwriting the other, and that would probably bring chaos to your day.

I talked with BB tech support before connecting to the BES and they assured me that I could share info both with my personal Outlook and my corporate BES. They said that changes would sync to the originating contact folder - on Outlook or on the Exchange server.
