Default Cingular BIS 2.0 No Message Body

Please Login to Remove!

I am using the new Cingular BIS 2.0 and have it pulling my work email via OWA. Yesterday for some unknown reason all my incoming emails are arriving without anything in the message body. I get the Subject and from address and when I open the email the rest is blank. ANy ideas as to whats going on I checked all my settings and filters and they are all fine.

Thanks!

I spoke for about 2 hours yesterday with RIM support, and they say that this problem I am having is not supported by them as the emails are in HTML and they only support plain text emails !
RIM says that they have not received any complaints about this problem.
I suggest that everyone that has this problem call RIM support and complain so then maybe they will fix it sooner than later.

In order to speak directly to RIM if you have a Cingular, Verizon, ect account, one must go through Cingular, Verizon first, ask to speak to BlackBerry Support and Ask them to transfer the call to RIM support.

I suggest everybody call your carrier's BlackBerry Support and make them call RIM while you are on the phone and then you can talk to RIM yourseld and explain & complain about the problem(EMAIL BLANK BODY). This is the only way to contact RIM, it must be through each of the individual carriers (Cingular, Verizon, etc)
The more people complain to RIM the faster they will resolve this really anoying issue !

Default No text in emails from outlook

I am having this same issue as of 7/31. I am new to BB's and I read messages with stuff like BIS 2.0 etc. What does that mean? How do I find out what I am using?

Thanks
David

I know that the problem has not yet been resolved by RIM. More and more people are slowly noticing the existence of this problem that is very anoying because everythin was fine before July 29 !
Again I suggest everybody call your carrier's BlackBerry Support and make them call RIM while you are on the phone and then you can talk to RIM yourseld and explain & complain about the problem(EMAIL BLANK BODY). This is the only way to contact RIM, it must be through each of the individual carriers (Cingular, Verizon, etc)
The more people complain to RIM the faster they will resolve this really anoying issue ! Thank you!
