I have a user on our BES server that has a very large mailbox, over 7G on the Exchange server. While I realize that is totally insane, there is not much I can do about it because the user is a VIP and I cannot. I have BES 4.0 with wireless syncronization. He is complaining that he only has about 10 days of emails on the device. It is my guess that there is no way his device is going to show all his emails, he is probably exceeding the memory size of the device. Please reply with your thoughts or ideas on this topic, I need to tell him something but I want to make sure it is correct before I do.
