Anyone having problems with BIS accounts not syncing correctly.
For my imap account:
I'm having problems where on my BB, the email isn't showing at all in the messages box but if I go to the inbox for the specific mail account, I can see the email with a red X. The email doesn't show in any of the imap folders looking online.
For my pop account:
Some emails have been deleted from outlook. However they do show up in the messages box in the bb as well as in the individual inbox for the account on the bb. I didn't delete these emails from OL and they were in the inbox at one time.
Think it is worth resending the service books? Any ideas?
