Default BlackBerry address boook not synchronising

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,

One of my users is having a problem. The contacts in his address book are not flawlessly synchronised. Some of them are, but there are some he's created in Outlook, which won't transfere to his BB.

Any ideas?

Thanks, sorry if this has been posted before, but I couldn't find it if it has!

Look for Conflicts in the user's Contacts in Outlook. They do NOT show up in Outlook 2003's "Sync Issues --> Conflicts" folder, and may not be picked up by ScanOST. The easiest way to find them is to use a list view om Contacts (I think Phone List is one that's standard), and look for an icon in the left column that's a yellow shield with two crossed swords.
