Default Pocket Mac Plus Puzzled

Please Login to Remove!

I'd like to sych up my new 8700 with my Mac OSX laptop. Software to synch with a PC came with the 8700. But nothing for a Mac. Now I hear there's something called Pocket Mac. Any reports on that as to ease of use and reliability? Where is it found? Now, here's what puzzles me. I posted a similar question early this morning, but at that time I didn't know about Pocket Mac. I posted that question at two locations - here in general discussion and also in the 8700 forum. It showed up in both. Then when I went back a half hour later to see if I'd received any responses, both postings were gone. Is that because I posted a similar message twice? Just wondering. Thanks.

Default Welcome to BBForums.......

THis is a great site and you can find whatever info you need.

My wife has used the Pocketmac without much trouble, and we use it here in our store quite often.

As for the post, I would guess it's one of two things.

Either they moved your post to the "Mac User's Corner" or they erased it because the site would rather you searched for this common topic instead of posting new threads. Mac corner has a bunch of PocketMac threads. If you type "Pocket Mac" into the search field you get a ton of threads and with info already there as oppossed to having to wait for people to respond. I think posting new threads to often asked questions is a pet peeve for a lot of people here. But hey, you're new so you probably had no idea. Don't sweat it.

Dig into the MAc corner and/or search area and if you can't find EXACTLY what you need, post a question in the MAC corner and you'll get what you need. Best of luck!!
