Exclamation several problems in my BB

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I've got several problems in my BB, anyone can help?

1. Sometimes i received some "SIM Card full" message when try to compose a new sms, i've already tried to set the options - sms - leave messages on sim card to "No". Do i still miss something?

2. When i open my mails, it doesn't show all the contents. I've to manually select the "more all" option to display the whole message. Can i set it to display the whole message automatically? Anyone knows what is the cause?

3. Is there anyway to set the category of multiple address simultaneously? I have hundreds of contacts to manage

Thanks in advance...

1. dont know, sry

2. in messages icons > option > general options - set AUTOMORE to YES

3. do all that in Outlook, then sync to your BB .. much easier

Hi,

Thanks for your information I've applied the solution you've given, and so far the user doesn't complain me yet. Also about the point 3, it is very useful About the point (1), i've changed the option to "No", and then try to set it to "yes" again, and do some soft reset (alt + cap + del). So far the BB Users seem to be satifsy Again, Thanks!!
