Default blackberry email reconciliation problem...

Please Login to Remove!

When you read or delete an email on the Blackberry, it should reconcile to the Exchange account and mark it as read or delete it. This works the other way from Exchange to the Blackberry. I have one that won't do that (in both directions), it's configured to do so.

Under Email Reconciliation in Email Options these are the settings:

Delete On - "Mailbox & Handheld"
Wireless Reconcile - "On"
On Conflicts - "Mailbox Wins"

Also on the BES server Wireless Reconcile is NOT set to disabled for this account.

Am I missing something elsewhere?

I'm running BES 4.0, Exchange 2003 and the BB is a 7250 running 4.1.

Thanks!

Try deleting and undeleting the Desktop [SYNC] service book. Wait a few minutes afterwards, or until data traffic stops.
