Hi

I used to have an option to "Reconcile Now" but can't find it any more?
Also I think the BB is only reconciling every 15 minutes or so - how do I change the frequency? I have a 7100g.

If your connected to a BES server, delete and undelete the Desktop [CMIME] service book. If your only using BIS, resend the service books.

You can not change this setting.

And how do I "resend the service books" (in dummy's English please!)

If you log into BIS on your computer, you will see the option.
