Hello!

new user to a 7520 model.

I was able to connect to the Desktop manager via a USB cable, and the status was "Connected". I was trying to get my Enterprise Activation working since this plan should allow wireless activation, and allow me to get email wireless.

It just kept saying "Activating...." and nothing else after a while.

I pulled the back cover off, but how do I get the batter out? I don't want to damage anything. Where's the reset button too?

I am not sure what the instructions say as far as taking the battery out, but I simply turn the unit upside down, cup my empty hand, and just hit the Blackberry against my palm. The battery simply falls into the part of my hand that is cupped.

I am not sure if there is a reset button, but you can either cycle the battery or hold in andand
