I need help, I'm new to balckberry and I was trying to download an application for my 71oov bb. off the internet after download completed, my bb did not work again, I disconnected the USB cable and tried to restarted tht device, but it shows loading and nothing happen. and now the screen is blank..I tried to uninstall the application but the BB. can not communicate with the PC throught the USB, I kept getting the message "unable to open port"
is it possible I can download the operating system and how

I did take the battery out,but still nothing changed,
it has been loading for almost hours..

You need to do a USB wipe and reload the OS. You can find the appropriate directions by searching USB wipe
