One of our users lives some way out of town and often loses signal on his BB. He often doesn't receive emails until somedays later and it doesn't appear to be synching right with the server (we're running BES 4.0), I've just had to reactivate his BB because it stopped receiving emails all together. This is his second BlackBerry and he is the only user experiencing synching issues out of 15 users. Has anyone had any problems with users who live in areas of low signal strength with email synching?

Is signal in his area just low or is it nonexistent?
