Probably best is you switch to the full Outlook client and try syncing again. Even though some things may work with OE, its just a slimmed down version of Outlook with many of the best features removed. Although I cant think of a reason why anyone would want to use Lotus Notes as a POP3 mail client, it works well with that. It has Memo and Task features right in the client. I am stuck with that at work, and as much as I despise it, it does sync up very easily, BES or not. We have some users that are not on the BES that use their own BB to sync up the PIM.

Outlook Express does not equal Outlook.

The full version of Outlook is a Microsoft Office product. That said, I should note it is not included in Microsoft Works.
