I saw on the Shape Services website that a new version of IM+ has been released. It says that it enhances the experience but I would like to know if it still constantly disconnects and reconnects?

Has anyone tried this new version yet? Are you able to keep a constant connection?

Well, I have downloaded the update and have been using it for 2 days now. It works MUCH better than the previous versions. I have been able to stay connected for long periods of time; and I get no complaints from friends that it keeps cutting on and off.

It also has a feature that you can send support a message from the application.

One negative note is, the font is either really small or pretty large.

I have an 8700g activated on a BES and it doesn't work; crashes upon start.

Shape *is* working on the problem however.
