Default T-Mobile & Unlimited Data Plan...

Please Login to Remove!

Is it REALLY unilimited for $19.99? Can I do as much surfing of the internet/email as my heart desires or are there any hidden costs. I won't be using my BB as a modem for my laptop so I dont think Ill be doing HEAVY usage but I will be using my BB to surf the internet through the BB Browser and/or using a browser that allows full HTML.

Thanks.

Yes, really, truly unlimited........but NOT international. You have to turn on (and pay for) access when traveling.

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Yes it's unlimited but watch out for programs like the OZ messaging client that uses SMS messages. SMS messages are not included in the data plan.

If you mean post a new topic, there's a button at the top of all topics within each forum that says "New Topic".

What I don't understand is some people have unlimited texting bundled into their plans and some people do not and the price is the same 60$ for voice & data. Not sure why that is or if it is true...

The older "BlackBerry Unlimited" plan, back before the price dropped to $19, included text messages. If you still have the plan from back then, you still have unlimited text messages. The new plan doesn't include text messages.

You would think that SMS would be considered "data". Thats what i thought until i got my phone bill and was charged for almost 2500 text messages at 10 cents a piece.

On the other hand, T-Mo has good rates for SMS, and they *do* consider modem tethering to be "data". So while SMS isn't included, modem tethering that other providers charge $15 or $30 for is in the plan.
