Default Hidding Elements In Stylesheets

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Blackberry community.

I have been working on a handheld stylesheet for my new website. I have the stylesheet working pretty well for most of the other mobile devices out there.

Today I downloaded the Blackberry emulator and started to tweak it for Blackberry devices when I discovered that the Blackberry doesn't support:

display: none;

Is it just me or does that completely defeat the purpose of having a handheld stylesheet. If you can't choose which items to hide from mobile users, why support stylesheets at all?

Is there another way to hide HTML elements from the Blackberry using a stylesheet, or am I screwed into developing an entirely new version of the site just for the Blackberry?
