Strange problem, haven't seen this one before. I have a user that when he receives an email and pulls the BlackBerry (7510) out of the holster, the email does not automatically pop open. Whatever screen he last displayed is appearing and he has to go open the email manually. It used to work and he says he hasn't changed anything. I can't find an option to NOT open a message automatically. Anyone ever seen this? Thanks!
