I have a 7290 with Cingular and Desktop Manager. I am not in a BES environment.

My desktop redirector runs great for for some period of time and then it sops redirecting.

The error will clear with a PC reboot, but then comes back.

Can anyone lend assistance to thsi frustrating problem?

I can't get my redirector to work properly at work. What am I missing? Are you using outlook or lotus notes?

Outlook/Exchange (no BES)

When you redirector stops, are you still able send e-mails from your desktop? If no, then you are looking at a connection problem between your PC and Exchange.

You can also try setting up a new e-mail profile in your Outlook settings. That once helped me with a strange forwarding problem I once had.
