Intellisync Configuration password entry
 

opened up desktop manager and selected configure PIM and it prompted me for a password. never seen this before nor have i ever had a password configured for PIM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

maybe a delayed reaction asking for your bberry password?

I know that sometimes I log into my desktop manager with my lotus notes password then BAM a couple of second later up comes the handheld password screen.

I've had the device for 3 months and that's a helluva delayed reaction. I have no idea what pw it's referring too and even when I've uninstalled everything and reset the device it still prompts me for a pw.

that sure sounds like the password on the bberry then.

yeah, I know it's a delayed reaction. I know first hand though that sometimes it can be really delayed, like minutes and sometimes even though the bberry has a password it can poop out and never ask for one when you load desktop manager.
