Default Sprint SERO and BB, 8700's?

Please Login to Remove!

Apologies if this was repeated, but...

Does the Sprint SERO cover Blackberry data usage? Sero plan states that it includes unlimited web, email, etc. Not sure if BB is included in this. Do you have to get it separately? If so, how much does that cost?

Also, anyone know when the full QWERTY 8700 series will come to sprint?

Nope, you need to have a BB data plan for the BB network to be able to recognize you and deliver email and browse the internet.

I have Sprint SERO now and have been told that they CANNOT add the Blackberry data plan to my account. SERO and Blackberry are not compatible (according to multiple Sprint CSRs).

You're correct. To state it yet again:

No Blackberry Data Plan = No Data

Period.

If you have a Blackberry, remove the SERO and add a Blackberry Data Plan. You won't be able to have (or need) both.
