It doesnt seem like the emails are getting pushed to my device. Can someone email me?

thank you. I dont seem to be getting my emails. Is there something special I have to do? I registered on the sprint.blackberry site before I got the Bb data pan if that complicates things....

woot I think I fixed it. I re sent the service books.

You will need to contact the carrier of the person who has the phone registered before you. THEY need to deactivate the account. They will need the permission of the previous owner.

This is the number one drawback to buying a BB on eBay.
