Default Charging Problems - Battery defueled

Please Login to Remove!

I bought a BB 7105t last month. It's been great until I started running into charging problems a week ago: the battery will not charge using the standard ac adapter it comes with. Charging attempts sometimes exceed 24 hours with the battery at 0% at the end of the attempt, whereas before it would charge right up to 100% in a matter of an hour or two! Now "charging" it actually depletes the battery charge! The battery was cycled a few times when it was new and then treated with the "top-off" method. I do not know if it influenced the problem, but I bought a car inverter so I would be able to use my AC adapter in the car to charge the phone but the results are the same. It's not a battery problem because I had it exchanged with another one at the store and it still has the same problems. Because of this I am close to concluding that it's the phone the messed up. But before I lay this to rest, I wanted to get your expert inputs -- Please help! Thanks!

Wirelessly posted (Cingular 7130c: BlackBerry7130/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

You may be able to get a warrenty exchange. Sounds like a serious hardware problem.
