the message says " couldn't receive more"

might mean that you need to clear your cache or you need to erase some things off ur device check how much memory you have

Always try and give as much info as possible when posting a problem. This could be your service books, are you on BES or BIS? On BES resend from the BES manager in version 4.0 or sync with Desktop Manager in 3.6. On BIS resend them from your online BlackBerry account.

sorry bout that first timer here. i'm a coporate user, (BES?) i dont know how to resend service books. thanks

Your corporate BES admin or helpdesk will need to resend the service books. There's not a login page to do it like there is with a Blackberry Internet Service account.
