How long have you had your device? We have a few of those from my company - unfortunately they're all out of warranty.

Unhappy dunno - 08-21-2006, 02:43 PM

Unfortunate to say but i bought it used .a friend of mine who's a blackberry administrator told me to let the battery drain and then charge it.but i doubt it's going to work.i'm thinking it's a software issue but then again i could be wrong.

Oddly it just stopped happening. I can't explain why it started and why it stopped. But I've had the unit for over a year and re-boot issue rarely happens. I've done nothing different.
