I just got me BB 7250. I can dial my voice mail but I don't know what button to press to make the system ask for my password. My old phone I had to press the '#' botton. On this BB I need to press then Q to get the '#'. This system then says that I have pressed an incorrect option. Please help.

If you are dialing, you don't need to press the key... Just simply press #
