Red face Blackberry + Lotus Notes = Deleting Issues

Please Login to Remove!

I'm running a BIS with Lotus Notes (desktop redirector via Verizon Wireless)...I can delete from the BB and the mail will delete on the PC, but when I delete from the PC, it does not delete on the BB. I have the mail settings as suggested in previous posts (i.e. delete from handheld and mailbox, etc.), so I'm not sure where to go from here.

Any suggestions will be more than welcomed!!

Thanks!

Within desktop manger double click the intellisync icon then click the Configure reconciliation and choose what method you want to win when sychronization occurs. I'm not sure if this will work with desktop redirector but it's good place to start. Post back to let me know what worked..

Hope this helps

BIS reconciliation is one way only - handheld to Lotus Notes (in this case)
it will not reconcile from Lotus to handheld

if you want 2 waty you'll need a BES (redirector is only for Exchange accounts)
