Default Duplicate e-mail in inbox and subfolder

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have a user with a blackberry 7750 with a BES account. She is using Outlook 2002 in the office. She has rules setup for e-mail that arrive from a specific DL that goes to a particular folder. In outlook 2002, these rules work fine, and mail is forwarded to that specific folder. However on the device, the mail is in the inbox and also in the particular sub-folder. She indicated to me that the mail use to go to the subfolder and not into the inbox on her blackberry. I've re-created the rules in Outlook 2002. Is there anything else i can do to prevent duplicate e-mails in the inbox on the device. THanks.
