I thought the title of this thread was a sarcastic setup for a tirade
Heaven forbid you ever need something from a Sprint store. I can honestly say that I can't think of a single reason that would make me walk into one ever again. With few exceptions, most everytime I went to a store with a problem, I was told to dial *2.
The techs on the Sprint Blackberry support line have always been helpful, if not always fast, in resolving my issues. For simple issues, the email support service is pretty good, as well.
Muddling through the endless array of support phone numbers on the Sprint site is always good sport for a boring evening at home.
